Main responsibilities
- Information and support of patients in filling out the patient reported outcomes (PROMs) questions during the orthopaedic consultation hours from Monday to Wednesday at the Bruderholz site and in exceptional cases also at the Liestal site
- Informing our patients during the waiting period about planned and ongoing clinical trials
- Collaboration with the staff of orthopaedic outpatients and medical and scientific team Online data entry
- Miscellaneous administrative activities (e.g. sorting documents)
- Regular working hours at the outpatient office hours of the orthopaedics on Tuesday and Wednesday, alternative Monday or Friday Requirements
- Persons at training stage and/or studying in nursing, medicine, physiotherapy or similar specialist areas
- Certainly in the German language, other languages (En., It., Fr. or others) are very advantageous
- Joy in dealing with people and very good contact and communication skills
- High social competence for working with various internal teams or Professional groups
