  • Experience working with multiple call points (lab managers, directors, clinicians, c-suite) Proven leadership abilities Understanding of performance metrics Ability to work in a regulated environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills including making impactful presentations
  • Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
  • Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of California is $105,100 - $195,300.
  • Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
  • This position is eligible to earn incentive compensatio
