Tasks

As a station manager, you are responsible for the professional, organizational, personnel and economic management of your department in close cooperation with your medical tandem partner. You actively shape the development of the new department, ensure a high quality of care and promote your team. In this key role, you shape structures, processes and culture. You can expect a varied job in which the motivation and development of your employees are at the centre of your work alongside patient work. In the interprofessional team you have a great deal of room for manoeuvre. Participation in cross-clinic projects and interdisciplinary cooperation are just as much a part of your tasks as the development of station-specific concepts.

Requirements

• Diploma as a nurse HF or equivalent with SRK recognition
• Professional experience of several years
• Further training in (care) management at the level of team leader or the willingness to complete it
• independent, reliable and structured working method based on a high quality awareness
• committed, resilient personality with strong social, personal and professional competence
• Experience or interest in further education in anthroposophical care
• Joy and humor at work in the team, solution-oriented and communicative personality
• Desire for dual leadership with your medical tandem partner
