- Bed plan coordination and management at KISIM
- Planning, coordination and implementation of entry and exits and relocations
- Reception of electively entering patients
- Reception and mediation of internal and external telephone inquiries
- Management of materials and station supplies
- Completion of general administrative and organizational activities in the station day
- Implementation of medical-technical procedures
- Administrative and organizational support of the station management in day-to-day operations
- Assignments from Monday to Friday in early service
Requirements
- Basis: Completed vocational training as a specialist in health (FaGe) or as a medical practice assistant (MPA)
- Glad: Flexible, independent and dutiful personality with a proactive working method and efficient work organisation
