• Tasks: Planning, organisation and coordination of the use of nurses Ensuring optimal tour and resource planning Maintenance and updating of the application data Telephone and written processing of requests for client planning, relatives and employees Coordination of new applications in cooperation with day-to-day managers Direct care for clients in the range of approximately 10–30 % (depending on Pensum) with practical insight as a basis for targeted deployment planning Regular working hours from Monday to Friday That's what you bring: Training as a specialist health EFZ (FaGe) Professional experience in outpatient deployment planning with Perigon is a plus Joy of interpersonal contact in the team and with clients Self-employed and structured work Networked thinking as well as the ability to quickly identify relationships Rest and overview also in hectic situations Driving licence Kat.
