Main responsibilities
- Processing of worldwide voting rights instructions and GV entry cards
- Monitoring of mezzanines, divisions and special cases such as late votings
- Response of customer requests and coordination with depots, providers and internal interfaces
- Coordination of disclosure requests within the framework of regulatory requirements, e.g.Srd II
- Cooperation on process improvements and projects with influence on proxy voting service Requirements
- Completed basic commercial education or equivalent training, ideally related to financial services or regulated services - professional experience in the financial, securities, operations or customer service environment; knowledge of proxy voting, corporate actions, custody or securities operations are a plus
- Very good German and English knowledge in word and writing
- Structured, reliable working methods with a view to risks, ful-time and details - joy in customer contact, teamwork and the further development of processes
