• You have the training as a Federal. Specialist for prison services

• You have experience in caring for and accompanying people in the prison system or in a comparable working environment

• They are emotionally resilient and maintain a professional approach to closeness and distance

• They are characterised by a structured, responsible and solution-oriented way of working

• They have treatment optimism and a high degree of mental flexibility

• They can express themselves fluently (word and writing) in German.

• You are ready to work in a team as well as shift service

• You have the driving licence B, are at least 26 years old and have an impeccable reputation
