- Contribute to the development of modular software libraries for DNA analysis.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining continuous integration/deployment pipelines. Algorithm Implementation & Optimization
- Contribute to performance profiling and optimization of existing codebases (including Python and C++).
- Work on efficient memory management and I/O handling for genomic datasets. ML Model Development & Deployment
- Contribute to model development, versioning, and deployment workflows.
- Help with containerization tools (Docker/Singularity) for consistent execution environments. Workflow Engineering
- Develop and maintain data processing pipelines using tools like Nextflow or Airflow.
- Write submission scripts and contribute to resource optimization on HPC clusters (SLURM). Who You Are
