Role overview
The social-pedagogical-psychiatric model station SOMOSA offers a stationary 9- to 12-month intensive care program for 14- to 18-year-old clients: females in a severe adolescence crisis.
The aim of the treatment is to stabilise young people in their personality to such an extent that they can exist in the existing supporting or replacing socialisation systems.
The setting and the therapeutic instruments are composed of elements of psychiatric milieu therapy, structures similar to social-pedagogical home companies and a psychotherapy offer corresponding to an open psychotherapy station with 365-day operation.
