Main responsibilities
- You advise and accompany patients of all ages and life situations as well as their relatives with professional competence and empathy
- You advise and provide information on social insurance, employment law, financial and personal questions in connection with the hospital stay and exit planning.
- You will organize individual follow-up solutions, provide material assistance if necessary and triage to appropriate specialist departments
- You will be responsible for social work support in the departments assigned to you, such as surgery, medicine, special clinics, children's hospitals or women's clinics
- You can expect close interdisciplinary cooperation with the entire medical, nursing and therapeutic treatment team Requirements:
- You have completed your studies in social work or are about to successfully complete it
