- For our foundry, we are looking for an experienced and organizationally strong shift leader who controls production efficiently, ensures quality and leads the way on the shop floor. Shift leader Giesserei (m/f/d) Their tasks:
- planning, monitoring and control of core and casting programmes;
- Ensuring a smooth production process incl. Order processing and key figures recording
- Classification of employees, securing breaks, balancing capacities as well as responsibility for holiday planning and working time control
- Monitoring of process parameters, sampling and initiating measures in the event of quality deviations
- Enforcement of all safety regulations, conducting tours and ensuring order
- Employee interviews, assessments, promotion and support of learners and contact persons for the team
- Carrying out small repairs, coordination in the event of disruptions, material management as well as inventory and ongoing process optimization
