- Have knowledge in ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 Internal Auditor.
Main responsibilities
- Minimum 7-10 years of progressive SHE experience, including leadership or managerial responsibilities.

- Strong knowledge of Malaysian occupational safety, health, and environmental legislation.
- Experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, manufacturing, or other highly regulated industries is preferred.
- Proven leadership and people management experience.
- Strong strategic thinking and business partnering capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Sound knowledge of SHE management systems, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience leading audits, inspections, investigations, Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, and continuous improvement initiatives.
