Role overview

Tasks

• Coordination and organisation of organ donations at USB, KSA and UKBB as well as kidney transplants in cooperation with our clinics

• In the organ donation process, you conduct discussions with relatives and initiate examinations independently in close cooperation with the intensive care unit.

• Responsibility for keeping the waiting list and organising live kidney transplants

• Cooperation with our organ donation networks

• Work during the day in the flextime working model, at night and on weekends in the pikettdienst

Requirements

• Dipl. Expert*in intensive care NDS HF, anesthesia care NDS HF or emergency care NDS HF

• You can react quickly to new situations and make decisions

• Competent and sensitive support of our patients and their relatives in challenging situations is an important concern for you.

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Oral foreign language skills in English, French and Italian are beneficial
