- Project management and active participation in investment and optimization projects in the international environment using the simultaneous engineering approach
- Development, design, analysis and improvement of industrialization concepts and production process chains including associated cost calculations for the continuous optimization of product and production costs

- In-depth knowledge in the design and optimization of industrialization concepts as well as experience with economic analysis of alternative production concepts
- Experience in the automotive supply industry and knowledge of the standard IATF 16949 is advantageous
- Experience in the coordination of international teams as well as ideally first leadership experience
- Implementation-strong personality with own initiative to support in a dynamic environment
- Analytical skills, structured and proactive working methods
- Very good English skills in word and writing
- Willingness to travel (about 20%) and valid driving licence category B
