- You have successfully completed university studies (Master or Bachelor) in Business Engineering, Facility Management, Business Administration or a comparable field of study.
Key requirements

- You have successfully completed university studies (Master or Bachelor) in Business Engineering, Facility Management, Business Administration or a comparable field of study.
- You have in-depth relevant experience (about 7-10 years) in project management in the IFM environment.
- Ideally, you have already successfully accompanied the introduction of integrated management models.
- In-depth knowledge of Integrated Facility Management models, provider control and a clear understanding of output-oriented contracts and KPI reporting.
- You have additional qualifications such as GEFMA, PMP or PRINCE2 as well as experience in change management. A strong growth mindset sets you apart.
- You speak negotiable German and English.
- As an assertive team player through You have complex relationships at all management levels.
- Business trips between our offices in Mannheim and Penzberg (part of approx.) 20
