Company and context
- You will move the organization toward a more effective digital delivery model by optimizing external partner engagements.
- Governance & Workforce Policy: Implement a consistent governance framework and "Total Workforce Management" policies.
- Ensure RDT functions are aligned with how we attract, manage, and retain talent in a hybrid global model.
- Executive Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison for the RDT Leadership Team.
- Prepare executive-level briefings, influence senior decision-makers to remove roadblocks, and ensure cross-functional alignment with Finance, P&C (HR), Legal, and Procurement.
- Change Leadership: Drive the cultural shift required for a successful transformation.
- You will guide global teams through the adoption of new operational processes and foster a "partnership-first" mindset with strategic vendors.
- Financial & Data Integrity: In partnership with Financial Enterprise Partners, oversee the program budget.
