Main responsibilities
- Below are the responsibilities of this role:
- Systems Integration & Characterization: Lead the end-to-end integration of hardware and software, focusing on the characterization of component interactions and overall sequencing platform performance.
- Test Methodology Development: Design and implement comprehensive testing frameworks, including metrology tools, modular object-oriented software, and data management systems.
- Performance Analysis: Execute detailed experiments to measure and optimize system parameters such as accuracy, reliability, and repeatability, including high-speed data path troubleshooting.
- Strategic Leadership: Drive cross-functional projects independently, providing creative solutions and technical guidance to engineering teams under general management. Who You Are
