Canton of Zurich Financial Directorate Human Resources Senior HR Specialist Culture & Leadership 100% The Personnel Office of the Canton of Zurich is responsible for all personnel, employment and social security issues of the more than 30,000 employees of the Canton of Zurich. The Human Resources Management (HRM) department includes a large number of tasks and is part of the Human Resources Office. HR consulting, basic vocational training, employer branding and case management are the focus of the work. You get topics rolling, connect the right people and turn concepts into practice. You accompany change processes and team developments and contribute your expertise to leadership and organization. The term of office shall expire on 30 April 2028. Your tasks • You will introduce new HR tools and management processes in the Finance Directorate and accompany them into practical application – for example in employee surveys, leadership development or succession planning. • You design programs and measures around leadership, cooperation, culture and learning and accompany their implementation in the various areas of the financial directorate. • You will accompany organizational change processes and team developments and work closely with HR consultancy and other specialist departments involved. • You will design and moderate workshops and accompany teams and leaders methodically and practically through change and team development processes. • Together with POE, HR consulting and other specialist departments, you will pilot new HR approaches and tools and accompany their introduction in the Financial Directorate. • You work in HR projects, take on cross-departmental tasks and ensure knowledge transfer within HR management. Your profile • You have a university degree in HR management, human resources or organizational psychology or a comparable qualification. • You bring several years of experience in a comparable HR function as well as in-depth experience in accompanying o
