- Which tasks will you perform? You will:
- Define material and chemistry-related roadmap for polymers, adhesives, potting compounds and cleaning processes. Evaluate new polymer technologies
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements (drinking water, hygiene, toxicology,..) and act as advisor for the Health and Safety responsible concerning chemical safety.

- We are looking for a Principal Expert Manufacturing Technology (f/m/d) to join our Group and play a key role in advancing manufacturing technologies across our organization.
- As our expert for industrial manufacturing technology, you will play a key role in developing and qualifying and qualifying polymeric materials and chemistry related processes used in our flow measurement products.
- Your expertise in polymers, adhesives, cleaning processes, surface treatments and material-related manufacturing challenges will help ensure product quality, regulatory compliance and long-term innovation.

- Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives to enhance quality, productivity, sustainability, and cost efficiency while fostering knowledge sharing across the organization.
- What do we expect from you? You:
- Hold a PhD in Polymer Chemistry, Macromolecular Chemistry, Materials Chemistry or a closely related discipline, alternatively a Master's degree combined with extensive industrial experience.
- Bring at least 10 years of experience in industrial chemistry within a manufacturing environment.
- Have hands-on experience with polymers, adhesives, potting materials, surface treatments and chemical analytical methods.
