Role overview
That's what you expect: As part of Mobi24 AG, a company of the Mobiliar group, you will attend and advise our customers in exceptional situations and emergencies at the Contact Center.
This is what you do with us: You answer calls from our customers outside the opening hours of the general agencies of the Mobiliar.
You simply provide information to our customers, perform address changes and forward requests to the general agencies.

- Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Italienischkenntnisse. Zusätzliche solide Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
