Main responsibilities
- Your main responsibilities Sourcing Strategy
- Manage the main category according to the 2030 procurement strategy
- Improve the implementation of RM in to the category
- Analyze market and implement risk management strategies for the portfolio
- Lead sourcing strategy development within team for key categories
- Bring sourcing strategy implementation by leading major RFQs and important negotiations Portfolio Management Negotiate contracts globally Select, manage and audit suppliers
- Identify opportunities for portfolio optimization and involve creation and manufacturing in development of optimization plans
- Implement Scope 3 PCF reduction towards Givaudan 2030 procurement strategy.
- Oversee main supplier relationship, and lead GBS escalated supplier conflict resolutions
- Communicate with suppliers any forthcoming changes in demand/specifications
