Company and context
- Professional cooperation in corporate structuring, reorganization, transactions and tax planning projects.

- Very good knowledge of German and very good knowledge of English in word and writing.
- Very good understanding of tax contexts and ability to analyze complex issues in a structured and pragmatic way.
- High personal responsibility, quality awareness and a secure attitude towards customers: inside and tax authorities. Very good MS Office knowledge;
