- 5+ years of experience in People Analytics, Workforce Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related HR Domain field
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Psychology, or related field; master’s degree preferred
Key requirements
- 5+ years of experience in People Analytics, Workforce Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related HR Domain field
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Psychology, or related field; master’s degree preferred
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets in cloud environments
- Proficiency in Python and/or R for analytics and statistical modeling
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools
- Experience applying statistical methods such as regression, predictive modeling, or classification techniques in workforce contexts
- Demonstrated experience interfacing with and influencing senior HR leadership (Senior Directors, Divisional Vice Presidents), with a high degree of professionalism, business acumen, and executive communication capability. Fluent English
