  • In this specific position as a Section Leader in Pharmaceutical Development EU, you will be part of the leadership team and lead a team of about 8 people, mostly scientists.
  • You will be accountable for parenteral formulation development for all phases of product development, from preclinical to launch and marketed product support.
  • Lead & Empower a High-Performing Team: Direct, coach, and develop a team of approximately 8 scientists, fostering a growth-oriented, high-performing environment built on trust and continuous learning.
  • Oversee End-to-End Parenteral Formulation: Provide strategic technical oversight for the formulation development of protein-based biologics, synthetic parenterals, and gene therapies from preclinical stages through launch and commercial product support.
