Application process
- and adapt state-of-the-art image analysis methods to solve biologically relevant problems in collaboration with IHB scientists
- Design, implement, and validate scalable image analysis pipelines for terabyte-scale 3D imaging datasets
- Translate disease biology questions into quantitative computational workflows with guidance from senior team members
- Contribute to codebases following best practices in software engineering
- Proactively communicate progress, results, and challenges to collaborators
- Continuously expand your expertise in image analysis, computational biology, and scientific software development
- Present results to interdisciplinary audiences within IHB Who you are
- Advanced degree (PhD or MSc with relevant experience) in computational sciences, computer science, electrical engineering, or related fields
