Role overview

Tasks

  • Participation in the establishment and further development of strategy controlling and impact measurement, including coordination of key figures and progress reports
  • Support for reviews, evaluations and the further development of reporting and control instruments
  • Preparation of key figures, analyses, reports and presentations for strategic management
  • Preparation of decision-making bases and documents for specialist and steering bodies
  • Support within the department in the implementation, tracking and further development of the digital transformation strategy

Requirements

  • Degree (uni/FH) in public management, business administration, administrative sciences, business informatics or comparable discipline
  • Initial professional experience in the areas of strategy, controlling, administrative development, digitalization or project management office (PMO)
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in the structured preparation of complex issues
  • Experience in preparing reports, presentations and decision-making bases for management bodies
  • Independent, precise and reliable working method as well as very good written expressive ability
