Tasks
- You are responsible for teaching in our "Alternative Learning Place Reinach" (ALOR). Our Pimar students enter these voluntarily or involuntarily if they need a "TimeOut" from standard lessons.
- The ALOR strives for long-term integration into the rule class via a short-term separation. Central are the accompanying measures before, during and after the ALOR in order to sustainably improve the well-being of all actors.
- Therefore, in addition to the support in the ALOR, the advice and support of teachers and parents are part of your tasks and our ALOR concept.
- For the fulfillment of your pedagogical tasks in the leadership of the ALOR class and the contact and exchange with the participants (parents / teachers, class) a curative pedagogue / curative teacher is at your side.
- Fulfilling as a joyful, committed and initiative personality You can perform your tasks with reliability, resilience and teamwork and help to implement and further develop the existing ALOR concept in practice.
Requirements
- You have a recognised diploma in social pedagogy and have experience in the school environment.
- They have experience in dealing with behavioral original and/or neurodivergent children as well as mentally distressed children and families. In addition, you also have an understanding of children’s learning processes.
- They have consulting expertise or are ready for appropriate training.
- You cultivate an appreciative cooperation with the students and the guardians and the pedagogical cooperation with colleagues is important to you.
