We are in the strategic transformation process of 2031+ and are introducing SAP SuccessFactors as a Group-wide HR platform in 13 European countries.
The technical implementation takes place together with an experienced external implementation partner.
For the successful management of this strategic transformation program, we are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors project manager who will assume overall responsibility for planning, controlling and implementing the international rollout.

Main responsibilities

- Template & Governance: Together with the Solution Architect, you ensure compliance with the Global Template across all modules (Employee Central, Learning, SmartRecruiters, PMGM).
- Stakeholder and change management: You moderate steering committees, report transparently to the management and actively accompany the HR management of the countries through the change process.
- Risk and escalation management: You identify bottlenecks early on and make pragmatic decisions to ensure the critical path. Requirements
- Several years of experience (at least 5–7 years) in managing complex SAP SuccessFactors implementation or transformation projects, ideally multi-country in Europe.
- Very good knowledge of classical and hybrid project management methods.
- In-depth experience in managing external IT service providers and consulting teams.
- Deep process and module understanding of the SAP SuccessFactors Suite (especially Employee Central) as well as experience with modern recruiting solutions (SmartRecruiters).
- Implementation-strong, negotiable at management level and empathetic in dealing with different country cultures.

- Thus, you work on one of the most strategically important transformation programs of our company and shape the future HR system landscape in Europe together with international HR and IT teams.
- You play a central role in the management of a Group-wide SAP SuccessFactors rollout and make a significant contribution to establishing modern, standardized and sustainable HR processes at the Bell Food Group.
