Role overview
Tasks: • Analysis and acceptance of the requirements of the HR areas and derivation of suitable solutions • Advice, adaptation and further development of the SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, PY) as well as other HR applications such as SuccessFactors, SAP Concur or UKA Solution, including the creation of technical and technical concepts as well as system and process documentation • Support in the introduction of new processes, functions and technologies (e.g.
Fiori, ESS/MSS) and training of key users and end users • Participation in HR system projects from conception to go-live, including system and integration tests and error analyses • Ensuring the technically correct implementation of HR processes, quality assurance of system configurations and continuous optimization of HR system landscape in close cooperation with HR, IT and external partners Requirements: • Complete studies in business informatics, business management, human resources management, computer science or a comparable area • Multiannual experience in SAP HCM and HR processes, including implementation, process optimization and user support • Funded expertise in SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, PY) and other HR applications • experience in project work and methodological knowledge, ideally agile (e.g.
