In your position in asset management, you play a central role in the further development of the Pensions & Assets division in this unique business model and actively contribute to its growth.
You are the central interface to our sales partners in the bank and insurance sector and contribute decisively to the acquisition of Net New Assets (NNA) and Net New Revenues (NNR) in asset management and thus to the development of Helvetia’s pensions and assets.

Company and context
- You plan and lead basic training for the sales organization in the area of finance, investment and market knowledge in the Academy of Helvetia as well as partly directly on the Helvetia agencies.
- You will hold sales and product training for our third pillar investment funds and free assets as well as for the products of the bank and insurance for insurance distribution but also our broker channel.
- You will be in direct contact with the banking and insurance sales units, organize trainings, roadshows and events, give joint lectures and represent the asset management at public events, fairs and exhibitions.
- You work closely with key decision-makers: Helvetia Versicherung (Sales Provision Individual and Collective Life) and the bank, actively participate in cross-divisional sales and product projects and contribute to the investment solutions of asset management being positioned accordingly.
- In addition, we offer you the opportunity to acquire institutional third-party customers (pension funds / other foundations) for asset management together with the network of our sales department Bank and Insurance. Requirements
- Degree at a Higher School of Economics/Banking, a University of Applied Sciences or a University
- In-depth knowledge in banking and insurance with, BVG know-how of advantage
- At least five years of professional experience in asset management/bank/insurance, business development, sales or expert roles
- In-depth knowledge of the financial industry and investment products
- Motivated and proactive personality with drive and will to actively advance the business
