Company and context
- Financial and External Relations: Manage financial provisions for health and environmental liabilities with the finance department, and establish and maintain contacts with local SHE authorities, professional organizations, and the public while leading the Business Continuity Management Team.
- Facility and Maintenance Management: Ensure the facility is fully operational with all utilities functioning properly, schedule and supervise maintenance and repair work, implement waste management, oversee office renovations, and ensure legally required documents and permits are available.
- Security Management: Support and advise senior management, line management, and employees on all security matters, ensure compliance with legal security regulations and Roche requirements, manage critical security situations, and establish contacts with law enforcement and professional organizations.
- Involvement in Projects: Participate in major projects, including design phases, to represent and integrate security considerations and requirements, and report critical security incidents to superiors and the Chief Security Officer.
