  • Feature Support & Optimization: Maintain the unified platform, implement critical upgrades, and develop newly requested features within the existing ecosystem rather than creating disconnected tools.
  • Advanced Data Engineering: Design and build reliable data pipelines, robust data products, and secure backend integrations to ensure seamless, high-performance data flow across the central platform.
  • Sustainability & Code Auditing: Audit, refactor, and restructure legacy codebase to meet enterprise-level standards for scalability, documentation, and reliable operational handovers.
  • AI-Ready Architecture: Set up an AI-ready unified application and data architecture designed for seamless future integration with Roche internal agentic AI tools.
  • Collaboration & Workflow Mapping: Translate complex scientific workflows and processes into structured, digitalrequirements by collaborating closely with scientists and project owners. Who you are
