- As the person responsible for communication on digital transformation, you are responsible for internal and external communication around the digital transformation of administration. They prepare complex topics in an understandable way and convey them to employees, managers and the public in a manner appropriate to the target group.
- They are responsible for the coordination and further development of the digital communication channels of the canton as well as the monitoring of the social media channels.
- You participate in the development of an AI Web Assistant for the canton’s website and support it as a content manager in the company. You are also responsible for monitoring user interactions.
- They advise the project managers of digitalization projects of the canton on communication issues, regularly report on the status of the various projects and provide appropriate means of communication.
Requirements
