- You are responsible for processing the digital re-letting process from the receipt of the notice to the acceptance and handover of the properties by communicating directly with tenants and interested parties
- The creation of high-quality and error-free Online advertisements and the commissioning of further marketing measures such as photos and 360° tours are part of your tasks
- You carefully check applications and select suitable prospective tenants in order to then draw up rental agreements for residential and ancillary properties
- Carrying out apartment viewings with prospective tenants as well as independent acceptance and handovers are also your area of responsibility
