Role overview
Tasks
- Responsibility for the entire recruiting process – from need clarification to successful completion
- Competent Sparring Partner for Line Managers, HR Consulting and HR Business Partner throughout the Recruiting Process
- Participation in the further development of search strategies for active and passive candidates and the establishment and maintenance of a sustainable talent pool
- Working in optimizing the Candidate Journey and continuous process improvement Requirements:
- Complete higher education, ideally supplemented by further HR education (e.g.
HR card)
- Multiannual experience in recruiting, preferably in a larger, dynamic environment
- Proactive, winning personality with high consulting skills
- Stylish-proof German and pronounced communication skills
- High IT affinity and experience with common tools (e.g.
SAP, SuccessFactors, Jira) We offer
