Main responsibilities

- Operation of the telephone switchboard and competent forwarding of requests
- Management and ordering of office and printing materials, as well as their provision to the departments Administration of time recording
- Coordination and appointment scheduling for tire changes
- General administrative activities in the sales and service sector.
Key requirements
- Completed commercial education or equivalent qualification required, experience at the reception desk of advantage
- Friendly, service-oriented and team-friendly Solid, flexible and reliable personality
- Good knowledge of German; good English and French knowledge desirable
- Well-groomed appearance and attractive demeanor
- Safe use of common Microsoft Office programs
- Part-time 40% with morning work commitment.
- Willingness to take on more shifts in the team in case of absences.
