movemi AG is the leading company in the Swiss fitness industry.

We are looking for active support in the administration/reception area for our fitness park.

Become part of a holistic and successful training philosophy: fitness combined with offers for relaxation and nutrition.

Main responsibilities

  • You advise and look after our guests at reception and on the telephone
  • You operate the cash register and are responsible for cash transactions
  • You actively sell our entire range (individual admissions, memberships, bodymind consultations, private SPA, sales items, etc.)
  • You maintain membership changes in our system, arrange appointments and book reservations
  • You are responsible for recording fault reports
  • 1 – 3 years of experience: In a comparable function
  • Completed basic or further training: In the service sector (e.g. Tourism, hotel industry)
  • You have a customer-oriented way of working with an above-average willingness to provide service
  • You have a high level of initiative, reliability and a great sense of responsibility You have good computer skills
  • You have a high degree of flexibility in terms of deployment planning (7-day shift work, evening, weekend and holiday work)
