Preparation of revenue cost statements and monthly accounts (rental, options, renewals, cancellations)
Preparation of reporting and statistics for sales outlets and management
Central contact person for landlords, internal and external interfaces (including defect reports, sales support)
Participation in budgeting and financial statements
Examination of rental contracts with regard to rental rights and system automation requirements that you bring with you
Basic commercial training with professional experience in renting
