Application process
- Management of contractual changes, adjustments of the legions and application of the contracts indexed
- Monitoring rental policy and consulting owners for legions in line with the market
- Representation of owners to the competent authorities (discounts, evictions, etc.)
- Control of heating and operating costs and additional charges
- Supervision of employees operating on behalf of the owner (custody, etc.) Anforderungen:
- Business apprentice with AFC or equivalent training
- Swiss Federal Real Estate Manager Certificate (SVIT) is a preferred title (evtl. in progress)
- Multiannual professional experience in the role of real estate manager; knowledge of building technology and plants is an advantage
