- You have in-depth knowledge of the ISO 9001 (22163), ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards
- You have experience in planning and conducting internal and external audits
- You have practical knowledge of quality planning in projects and you know the common quality control and quality assurance methods of a manufacturing company
- Ideally, you have experience with Lean Management, Kaizen and CIP methods
- You have knowledge of modeling processes, preferably with BPMN 2.0
- You convince through a structured, analytical and solution-oriented working method and communicate safely and addressable in German and English TASKS
- You plan and lead internal audits to ensure the effectiveness of our integrated management system
- Prepare external audits and supervise them vis-à-vis customers, certification bodies and authorities
- You ensure the further development and maintenance of the management system according to ISO 9001 (including IRIS/ISO 22163), ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
- You carry out conformity checks and derive effective measures
- You analyze, optimize and standardize existing processes in the sense of efficiency and quality
- You support projects in quality planning and ensure robust quality assurance
- You work closely with different departments and advise them on quality-relevant questions
