• Quality management and assurance:
• Active further development of our quality management system in close cooperation with hospital management and departments
• Implementation and implementation of new requirements from the quality contract

• Organisation of internal and external audits
• Responsibility for CIRS (Critical Incident Reporting System)
• Reporting and evaluations (e.g.

H+, ANQ measurements, patient satisfaction PREMs & MüPf, quarterly evaluations incl.

Data exports, analysis, anonymisation and reporting) - Implementation of new software - Training of employees incl.

Knowledge Management Props - Subject-specific training, e.g.

Quality Manager NDS HF (alternatively: basic commercial training and willingness to complete subject-specific training with the intermediate step "Quality Manager Healthcare Basic").

• Experience in the field of quality assurance, diagnostics or clinical processes is an advantage
