As a quality and process manager, you will play a central role at the interface between the core medical business and operational areas. In close cooperation with the management of quality and risk management, you contribute to the further development of care quality, patient safety and organizational excellence. They shape and coordinate the further development of integrated quality and process management and thus make a significant contribution to the sustainable quality assurance and continuous improvement of the University Hospital Balgrist. The function is based in quality and risk management and works closely with the operational hospital directorate as well as various interdisciplinary stakeholders. For this exciting task we are looking for a committed personality immediately or by agreement. Tasks: • Further development and maintenance of the quality management system (QMS) as well as the process landscape • Support of central quality systems (e.g. CIRS, complaint and improvement management) • Analysis of quality indicators as well as initiation and follow-up of improvement measures • Advising and supporting the departments in process optimizations and change projects • Moderation of workshops, projects and interdisciplinary working groups • Participation in audits, certifications and external quality measurements • Support in risk management, especially in risk analysis and the implementation of risk-reducing measures • Creation of reports, basis for decision-making and management reporting • Deputy Head of Quality and Risk Management in expert committees Requirements • Completed studies in health care or a comparable qualification • Proven professional experience in quality and/or process management, ideally in the healthcare or regulated service industry • Knowledge of quality systems (e.g. CIRS) as well as audit processes is an advantage • In-depth knowledge of process management, lean methods and structured problem-solving techniques (e.g. 5-Why, Ishika
