Role overview

Your responsibilities

  • As a Project Purchasing Manager, you are the primary person responsible for purchasing for the defined project portfolio,
  • You lead all purchasing activities related to your projects,
  • You manage purchases from the concept phase through to production (PPAP),
  • You coordinate with the different departments to achieve the set objectives,
  • You anticipate supplier capacity and conduct market analyses for innovation, sharing relevant project information with your team,
  • You manage supplier contracts and ensure follow-up with the commodity team,
  • You lead sourcing meetings for supplier allocation,
  • You ensure part replacement and updates during project phases,
  • You define and implement the sourcing strategy.

Your profile

  • You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Purchasing, or Project Management,
  • You have proven experience in project management or strategic purchasing,
  • You have initial experience in electronics, mechanics, or a similar field,
  • You hold an IPMA Level D certification,
  • You are fluent in French and English
  • German is a plus,
  • You have very good knowledge of MS Office and an ERP system,
  • You stand out for your team spirit, versatility, and your approach to process management,
  • You excel in communication, negotiation, and have a strong ability to persuade.
