The Migros Engineering Solutions management is the Migros competence center for the development and monitoring of overall solutions in the areas of supply chain, logistics management, etc.
Our planning team is now looking for reinforcement of an experienced person with Ingenieur Background who wants to deal with the automation of logistics processes in addition to the classic project management.

- Design, planning and implementation of demanding projects in the field of operational and logistics planning for Migros Group companies
- Development of innovative solutions for warehouse, picking and goods flow systems and specification and promotion of such systems with a focus on automation
- Multi-year professional experience: as project manager from conception, planning to realization
- Completed studies (Uni/ETH, FH, HF): as engineer or in process and production engineering
Main responsibilities
- Design, planning and implementation of demanding projects in the field of operational and logistics planning for Migros Group companies
- Development of innovative solutions for warehouse, picking and goods flow systems and specification and promotion of such systems with a focus on automation
- Consulting and support in analyses and potential assessments within the framework of strategic projects
- Development of decision-making bases e.g. master plans for management
- Support of the know-how transfer within the Migros Group
Key requirements
- Multi-year professional experience: as project manager from conception, planning to realization
- Completed studies (Uni/ETH, FH, HF): as engineer or in process and production engineering
- Proven expertise in plant, operational and logistics planning in the industrial environment
- Conceptual and process-oriented thinking ability as well as fast understanding
- High customers focus, high initiative and ready to contribute to changes
- Experience in handling interfaces to construction, IT or operating technology German (negotiation insurance) French
