Company and context
- Function as a competent and customer-oriented contact point for all aspects of the customer with regard to project handling from incoming orders to handover to the service organization and support of the technicians (gn) during installation and acceptance
- Support of system sales with technical advice, plant concepts and review of calculations and offers in cooperation with the specialist departments
- Coordination of internal resources and suppliers/third-party providers for the smooth handling of international customer projects
- Management of evaluations of new components for customer projects with the specialist departments
- Compilation of regular status reports to department managers (gn) / controlling as well as direct forwarding of information in the event of special events within the business unit or to the customer
- Monitoring of project progress using SAP (ERP system) and forming the provisions (forecasts) of ongoing projects
- Creating a detailed project schedule to monitor progress and budget
- Evaluation of project outcome with appropriate tools and techniques
- Risk management to minimize project risks and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Experience in planning, organizational and commercial matters
