- Partner with the Head PMO to translate Group Operations strategy into actionable plans and measurable outcomes
- Lead and manage the Group Operations strategic project portfolio, ensuring alignment with business priorities
- Establish governance processes, performance dashboards, and reporting to track strategic initiatives
- Prepare executive presentations, business cases, leadership meeting materials, and decision-support recommendations
- Build strong partnerships across Group Operations, Global Functions, and Platforms to drive collaboration and execution
- Lead communication and change management activities that support business transformation and organizational priorities
- Analyze operational and project performance data, identify improvement opportunities, and drive operational excellence initiatives What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Life Sciences, Operations Management, Program Management, or a related field
