- Completed studies in civil engineering, economic engineering, business management or comparable discipline (FH / HF / KV with further education)
Main responsibilities

- Construction and maintenance of a uniform project controlling system via the ongoing project
- Monitoring dates, costs and resources with regular setpoint/actual balance
- Detection of deviations between planning, budget, effort and performance
- Creation of project status reports and decision bases for the GPL and department management Risk management
- Identification and assessment of project and cost risks
- Development and follow-up of appropriate countermeasures
- Support for project management in early management of critical topics Processes and standards
- Development and development of project management standards and best practices
Key requirements
- Professional qualifications
- Completed studies in civil engineering, economic engineering, business management or comparable discipline (FH / HF / KV with further education)
- Multiannual professional experience in a PMO function in a large project, ideally in plant construction, especially in the KVA or wastewater environment Experience with hour reporting systems
- Knowledge of accounting structures by NPK and BKP
- Funded knowledge in project controlling, cost and budget management as well as auditing, contracts and reporting
- Experience with project management software (MS Project, Primavera, or comparable)
- Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (SIA orders, KBOB, NPK) BIM knowledge of advantage Personal competencies Analytical and structured thinking High self-initiative and responsibility
- Discrete and reliable handling of sensitive information
- High-communication personality with a safe appearance
- Team-oriented, resilient and solution-oriented Language skills German: Treatable (C1/C2) English: of advantage We offer
