Company and context
- Implementation of condition analyses and development of renovation and maintenance concepts as well as organization and support of conversions, renovations and smaller new construction projects.
- Supervision of construction, construction site visits and control of offers, invoices and supplements.
- Ensure compliance with legal and Nestlé-internal regulations on occupational safety, internal requirements, quality standards and compliance guidelines for the construction sector as well as contact person for internal customers, authorities, planners and entrepreneurs.

- Background as a civil engineer, architect, technician of construction planning / construction management or comparable qualification with experience in project management and construction execution.
- Experience in the planning, coordination and realization of construction and conversion projects.
- Knowledge of construction management, tendering and procurement procedures as well as a good understanding of structural, economic and organisational connections.
- Experience in dealing with authorities, planners and entrepreneurs as well as an independent, structured and solution-oriented working method in close coordination with the other departments of the factory.
- Strong communication, organizational and enforcement capabilities and secure use of MS Office;
- Knowledge of CAD or project management tools is an advantage.
