- Participation in the development, further development and coordination of the ZH3D continuing education platform
- Integration, support and administration of an LMS software

Main responsibilities
- Participation in the development, further development and coordination of the ZH3D continuing education platform
- Integration, support and administration of an LMS software
- Ensure the smooth administrative and organisational running of the continuing education courses
- Self-employed support and administration of the participants
- Support of lecturers in administrative and organisational matters
- Creation of advertising texts, flyers and other communication materials

- Completed vocational training and/or studies in the field of mediamatics, marketing, event management or commercial training
- Experience in the academic environment of advantage

- High digital afficiency and safe handling of digital tools and software
- Self-employed, reliable and solution-oriented working methods
- High self-initiative and endurance, even in more complex tasks
- Openness, flexibility and joy in shaping new things
- Very good German and good English knowledge in word and writing
