Main responsibilities
- Target-oriented, safe, quality-perfect and business-optimized production
- coordination and management of the approximately 20 directly subordinated employees
- fulfilment of the specified performance requirements with the assigned employees (economic use of the resources provided)
- monitoring of the production processes and timely feedback of production orders and employee time control
- carrying out continuous improvement processes (Lean)
Key requirements
- 2-3 years: Management experience
- Completed vocational education (EFZ): in the food sector with further education
